You are invited to join The Western Hamden Historical Society. Our organization was formed in 1901 for the purpose of encouraging interest in the history of this area and the preservation of objects of historical value for present and future generations. Members are notified of Society activities through newsletters and special notices. We host three dinner meetings a year at local churches and restaurants where guest speakers present informative talks about Westfield’s past. The cost of the dinners is reasonable and the atmosphere is casual. All are welcome. The talks from notable local historians are always interesting and informative. Yearly dues is $25.00 a person.
